The ERDI Contaminated Water Operations Awareness course introduces public safety personnel to the hazards of diving in contaminated water and the equipment and procedures used to manage them. At the Awareness level you will understand contamination categories, encapsulation and decontamination concepts, and how teams protect divers working in polluted or hazardous environments.

It is a strong fit for supervisors and support personnel who need to understand contaminated-water operations.
