The Dive Rite RiteSource RG2200 Integrated Alternate Air Source and BCD Inflator is a discontinued, new old stock scuba component designed to combine three important functions into one streamlined unit: a power inflator, oral BCD inflator, and alternate second-stage regulator.

The RiteSource replaces a conventional BCD inflator assembly while also serving as an emergency alternate air source. This integrated design helps reduce the need for a separate octopus second stage and additional regulator hose, creating a cleaner and more streamlined scuba configuration.

When needed as an alternate regulator, the RG2200 functions as a conventional second stage from which the diver can breathe. The diver can also inflate or deflate the BCD while breathing from the unit, helping maintain buoyancy control during an air-sharing situation. Dive Rite originally described the RG2200 as a downstream, unbalanced second-stage regulator.

Large, differently shaped controls make the inflation and deflation buttons easier to distinguish by touch. This is especially useful when wearing dive gloves, operating in limited visibility, or responding quickly during an emergency.

The black body and high-visibility red controls provide a recognizable, traditional Dive Rite appearance. Its compact configuration can be useful for recreational scuba divers who prefer an integrated alternate-air-source system instead of carrying a separate octopus.

Low-pressure inflator hose is not included.
